ON-LINE RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt and must be sent prepaid. Please print our return form, fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return. If you need to exchange for another size, you must place a new order on line and return your other items for a refund. If the items being returned were a gift, please fill put the return form for an on-line credit.
Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, beauty products and comestibles are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Most Catbird rings (not including wedding bands or eternity bands) are able to be returned. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include original invoice, filled our return form and the reason for your return and send to:

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel an order you must email us within 24 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE TO THE STORE?
Yes but we are only able to accomodate an even exchange in the store. All other exchanges need to be done as stated above.
I NEED THE EXACT SAME RING IN A DIFFERENT SIZE!
Please follow the instructions above to return your ring using the return form and place a new order on line for whatever you need. This is the only way we can accomodate exchanges.
HOW ABOUT REPAIRS OR RING RE-SIZING?
For all repair or re-size inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For repairs, please include your name, description of the item, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase in your email to us.
A Catbird jeweler or the respective designer will assess any issues on a case-by-case basis. Please keep in mind, repair fees may be incurred. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS:
International shipments are shipped via wynd Worldwide (powered by DHL Express International) who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 4-7 business days for $45.00 for orders under $5000. Additional fees apply for orders over $5000.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PLACING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER:
(Please be advised that gift wrapping is NOT available for international orders due to customs regulations. It is very likely that the parcel would be opened by customs, thus negating any gift wrapping services provided. This will allow your order to be delivered as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.)
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
In-stock items will take 4-7 days from the time of order. Some items are custom made and require a longer wait time - please check the item's page or email us at email@example.com.
All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
INTERNATIONAL RING SIZES
All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you do not know your US ring size, we recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. You can also try this website and this PDF. We are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered. However we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. (Some people wear their rings loose, some tight. The size is your responsibility.)
