ON-LINE RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the original ship date and must be sent prepaid.
Sale items, vibrators and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. If you have a question as to whether your item is returnable, please email us. In all cases, customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless an error has been made.
We suggest you ship all items through UPS or any other shipping methods with tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

If you need to cancel an order please email us. Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded. Once an order has shipped you will need to follow instructions above for returns.
